Bring two different ID documents.
One must be a government-issued photo ID. The second must confirm your current address. Your driver’s license or state ID can be used for one purpose, but not both.

Bring one current, unexpired government-issued photo ID.

  • Driver’s license or state ID
  • Passport
  • Military ID
  • Permanent resident card

2. Address Verification

Bring a separate document that shows your current address.

  • Lease, mortgage, or deed of trust
  • Vehicle registration
  • Voter registration
  • Home or vehicle insurance policy/card
  • Utility bill or similar address document, if accepted during review

3. Business Mailboxes

If the mailbox is for a business, bring documents showing the business name and your authority to receive mail for it.

  • LLC or corporation filing
  • Business license
  • DBA / fictitious business name filing, if applicable
  • Your title or role with the business

4. Authorized Recipients

Tell us every person or business name allowed to receive mail at this box.
